Install wine using your package manger on Linux, or through homebrew.sh for macOS though as well winetricks
1.1 steam works if its your preferred launcher, make sure you install steam proton and some recent version of proton.
1.2 optionally use a app like Heroic Launcher or lutris so as to not make a steam account just to launch TuneLab, plus have easier way to install GEproton(more update than wine and proton).
2.Get the TuneLab from there GitHub, and get your wanted extensions and applications the extension it's depends on.
3.Make sure the wine prefix is ready.
3.1~/.wine for Linux and macOS is usually hidden so type in the directory searchbar ~/.wine
3.2 for steam directory is also hidden, so search "~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/[random number]/pfx" (p.s proton makes indivual prefixes for better handling of games, and might be preferable if it doesn’t launch in the normal wine prefix).
3.3 Lutris and/or Heroic can utilaized WINE and (GE)Proton users have to create and select where there own wine prefix folders is located for each installed apps so remember where you put it, but for heroic user keep prefix in ~/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/"TuneLab"(this folder directory will be created).
4 once ready install the needed dot net 8
4.1 click and run if the wine
4.2 Heroic (setting icon) and Lutris (wine icon) have a "run in prefix" button so use it.
Place TuneLab and other applications inside your wine prefix ( "~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/" for the best compatability of the applications your extension depend on)
5.1"~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/[random number]/pfx/Program Files" for runnig on steam
5.2 Heroic (if you use default) is "~/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/TuneLab/drive_c/Program Files/"
5.3 Lutris and Heroic (if you don't select default) "~/[What ever your prefix is located]/Prefixes/default/TuneLab/drive_c/Program Files"
6.Run the TuneLabs.exe and everything should work as intended
- install windows version of the apps (repeat step 4.1 or 4.2)
-EXTRA FOR INSTALL of VOCALOID and CJK fonts
- run the setup.exe in your prefix make sure it install in your "drive_c/Program Files (x86)/" folder (repeat 4.1 or 4.2)
1.2 (p.s (GE)proton might have issue extracting V***loids,so use normal wine when installing.)
2.install zenity so as to have a gui for winetrick linux (search in package manger) / macos
2.1 Heroic and Lutris has a button for it found the same window/drawer in (4.2) named winetricks while for base wine just open your terminal and run winetricks --gui
2.1.1 In Heroic you just search cjk, while Lutris & base wine user it will launch zenity select default prefix and click install fonts and look for cjk ignore warning it will not affect install.

put neutrino in your wine prefix "~/[What ever your prefix is located]/Prefixes/default/TuneLab/drive_c/Program Files".
install the plug-in close the App and once open again it ask you find the executable after that youre done
